Some of our clients have exclusive franchise in Nigeria to represent multinational product and service organizations and we provide them the legal support for their businesses. We routinely prepare general product and service sales agreements for our clients in specific merger and takeover transactions, including the negotiation and takeover of companies and preparation of relevant documentation.
We have also assisted foreign organizations in sourcing for Nigerian agents and representatives and facilitating meetings between the parties.
